Privacy notice

This notice explains what Product Outbound does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything you choose to add: your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means reading where your company stands and replying with what we found. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list. If you reply stop, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people at Product Outbound who handle your request, and by the service that hosts this site and passes the form to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our typefaces load from a public font service, which receives a standard web request from your browser and nothing more from us.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Write to rebecca.jackson@productoutbound.co, or use the contact form and say what you would like us to do. We will confirm once it is done.
